By downloading, installing, or using Word Search Themes, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Effective date: August 21, 2026.

Who we are

The App is provided by ShipGrid Enterprises LLC dba Tifficult Games (1500 N Grant St Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States).

Eligibility and accounts

You may play without an account. Optional Apple or Google sign-in and cloud backup require you to be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You may sign out or delete your account from Settings when signed in.

License to play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You do not acquire ownership of the App or its content.

In-app purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (for example, theme packs or virtual currency). Prices and terms are shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; refunds follow that store's policies. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are not transferable except as the App allows.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, cheat, interfere with other users or our systems, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App except where law permits, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. ShipGrid Enterprises LLC dba Tifficult Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@tifficultgames.com.
